The Director of Production will be a leader within the company, ensuring clear communication across teams. They will oversee, coordinate, schedule and manage all aspects of scenery, properties, lighting and sound for all Rose Theater productions. The Director of Production will also work closely with guest artists as well as the Technical, Lighting, Sound and Costume Directors to ensure all technical aspects of The Rose function effectively.
The ideal candidate is passionate about theater that appeals to young audiences, and must be committed to creating anti-oppressive futures in the theater field. They also will posses critical thinking skills to produce strategic alignment within this rapidly growing theater company.
