The Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County is seeking an experienced, skilled, and highly motivated Production Services Manager to support the Director of Production. The Production Services Manager is responsible for the Production department’s purchasing, accounting, record keeping and management of its calendar, inventory and administrative systems, as well as creating estimates for a variety of production expenses on a show-by-show basis. The Manager also supports the department by being familiar with the IATSE Local 500 Collective Bargaining agreement, reporting to the Director of Production and assisting the production management staff, this position manages the Center’s relationship with various production companies, including Touring, Resident Companies, Local Arts Partners, and rental events across all venues and ancillary spaces.

Key factors contributing to the success of the Production Services Manager will be the ability to collaborate with all facets associated with the company’s operations including Programming, Engineering, Security, Housekeeping and Development/Advancement teams.  In achieving these objectives, the Director will consistently review the current support infrastructure to ensure the Manager has the tools needed to respond quickly, effectively, and creatively to long term strategic goals, short term operating needs and to key stake holder’s interests and opportunities.
