Managing Director – Midland (TX) Community Theatre (www.mctmidland.org) seeks a theatre or non-profit professional to work under the leadership of the Executive Director on fundraising, development, grant writing and business management. Managing Director will also oversee staff in Marketing, Accounting, Box Office, Facilities and other business areas. Qualified candidates will have education, training or work experience in non-profit or theatre management, and will be the primary fundraiser for this organization. Position would start in August or September of 2021, and includes a full-time salary with benefits including paid holidays and vacation, health and dental insurance and retirement fund contributions. About Midland Community Theatre

Midland Community Theatre was founded in 1946, and has spent the past 75 years entertaining our patrons and providing volunteers with opportunities both onstage and off. In addition, the theatre has an extensive educational programming, and our fundraiser Summer Mummers is performed at the historic Yucca Theatre in downtown Midland from June through Labor Day weekend. MCT produces musicals, comedies, dramas, mysteries, melodrama and children's theatre, and employs a professional staff of 20 to assist our 500 volunteers.
